A catalyst for change, an empathetic facilitator and a connected storyteller, David LeBlanc is a go to coach for individual development and team growth, creating meaningful and sustainable impact. Having worked in a variety of public and private settings, with a focus on operations, David brings a holistic view of the systems we are a part of, and how these systems and our responses to them impact our success.
David is a firm believer that in recognizing our own narrative and building self- awareness, we have the opportunity to tap into possibilities, overcome obstacles and conflict, redefining our future both personally and professionally. As we move through various stages of our life and career, it is important to evaluate our approach, and at times conditioned responses, to make sure they are still relevant, ensuring we continue to operate in the most effective way possible for both ourselves and those around us.
David’s honest and direct style guides individuals and teams to recognize where blind spots, misguided perceptions, conflicts, or outdated processes exist. All of these create roadblocks – roadblocks that limit growth, collaboration and learning. David works with clients to then adopt new, relevant and beneficial behaviours, understanding how they fit into, and operate more effectively within the various systems and relationships they are a part of. Creating this awareness of ourselves and those around us becomes a catalyst towards stronger leaders, better working environments, effective teams, productive relationships and empowered individuals.
David is a certified facilitator of Emotional Intelligence (EQi 2.0 and EQ 360, Leadership Circle 360 Assessments, Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI), DISC, Barry Oshry’s “Organization Workshop" and "When Cultures Meet" workshop.
